  • Conductive PP compounds are multiphase composite materials with polypropylene (PP) as the matrix, which are prepared by adding various conductive materials (such as carbon black, metal powder, metal fiber, carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes, etc.) and using physical or chemical methods to obtain composite materials with certain conductive functions and good mechanical properties.
  • 0403C is a conductive Polypropylene that contains carbon black which offers uniformly conductive surfaces with low loading at 20-40 %wt.Glass fiber reinforced and flame retardant available. It has multiple characteristics such as excellent conductivity, high strength, and good corrosion resistance.
  • 0405C is a conductive PP compound that can be used as a conductive masterbatch. Its addition amount varies according to different processing techniques. This PP conductive compound has excellent conductivity and can meet the requirements of conductive performance in different application scenarios, such as conductive connection components for electronic equipment, anti-static packaging materials, etc.
  • Conductive PP compound retains some mechanical properties of PP resin, and by adding appropriate fillers and additives, it can also improve the mechanical indicators of the material such as strength and toughness to a certain extent.
