- Surface resistance can be adjusted: By adjusting the type and amount of antistatic agents or conductive masterbatches, the surface resistance of injection grade-antistatic plastics can be accurately controlled within a large range. For example, in the field of electronic component packaging, the surface resistance can be controlled at 10E6-10E9 Ω, while for general antistatic turnover boxes, the surface resistance of 10E8-10E10Ω can meet the needs.
- Good processing performance: The antistatic plastic can be applied to the injection molding process, can be well mixed with the resin, has good fluidity during processing, and will not affect the efficiency of injection molding and the quality of the product. For products with complex shapes, a multi-gate design can be used to balance the filling speed and pressure of each part. At the same time, the cooling system of the mold should be reasonably designed to make the product cool evenly and reduce the internal stress and deformation caused by uneven cooling.
- Good stability: The permanent antistatic agent has a certain compatibility with the base resin, which can make the parts have antistatic function throughout the entire life cycle of the car, and the effect is not affected by conditions such as wiping and washing.
- Small loss of mechanical properties: While providing an antistatic effect, it can minimize the impact on the mechanical properties of the added resin such as hardness and heat resistance.
