Customized formulation
INCHR can be able to customize all ESD plastics. The base material and dosage of permanent antistatic additives can be designed according to customer requirements. The resistance value and mechanical properties of conductive compounds can be adjusted according to product structure, including the content of carbon fillers. Antistatic compounds with flame retardant, toughening, high impact, and other characteristics are optional. Carbon fiber content and carbon fiber length of carbon fiber reinforced plastics can be formulated according to customer needs.

Product diversification
Permanent antistatic additives are designed for composite materials and are highly recommended for modification compounders. They are suitable for most resins and can solve the problem of static electricity on the surface of plastic parts. We also have transparent permanent antistatic additives customized for transparent resins, such as MABS, PP, GPPS, and TPU.
Conductive compounds are black or dark particles with a surface resistance of 10^3 to 10^9 Ohms/sq. Conductive masterbatch has a lower resistance value even 10^2 Ohms/sq, which can be customized. Injection molding grade, extrusion molding grade, and blow molding grade are optional. The compounds are recommended for injection molding plants, ESD sheet manufacturers, and ESD film manufacturers.
Antistatic compounds are natural or colorable particles with a surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^11 Ohms/sq and feature permanent antistatic properties. One of the biggest advantages is that it can solve the problem of black powder falling off the surface and black appearance limitations.
Carbon fiber reinforced compounds are mainly based on common resins such as nylon, PC, ABS, PP, etc., which can be used for injection molding and extrusion molding. They are suitable for high-performance requirements, lightweight, and high-strength plastic parts, such as civilian drones.
