PA66 MC205 is one of carbon fiber reinforced nylon series which is 20% carbon fiber filled.
INCHR@carbon fiber reinforced nylon compound has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties and high mechanical strength. However, it is more water absorbent and therefore has poor dimensional stability.

INCHR@Carbon fiber reinforced plastics can be divided into injection molding grade and extrusion grade according to the processing technology. Carbon fiber reinforced plastic injection molding grade is designed for injection molds. Carbon fiber plastic injection molding pellets are injected into the mold, and formed products are obtained after cooling and solidification. The carbon fiber reinforced nylon extrusion grade is heated and melted by the extruder, and then extruded into products of various shapes, such as 3D printing filaments, pipes, rods, plates, etc.
