It has good compatibility, no precipitation, not affected by temperature and humidity. It is recommended to add 10-30%, and the surface resistance of the end-product can reach 10E7-10E11 Ω. Antistatic agents in polymers are delivered under pellets form, ready to be processed with color masterbatch, UV, AO, and other additives. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow film, can be added by dry-blending, and then process.
Measurement of surface resistivity for end-products is measured by 2-pin probe distance of each pin is approx 20mm, measuring condition 23 °C, 50%R.H.
All grades are delivered dried in sealed packaging (25 kg bags) ready to be processed.
