PP 20 AN is one of permanent antistatic additives for plastics .Used to lower the static decay time and surface resistivity of plastic end products. It is an internal antistatic additive for plastics, especially PP excellent anti-static performance in homopolymer as well as copolymers, suitable for application of PP sheet,PP film and PP injection part.
The antistatic additive for Polypropylene is compatible with PP rein ,PP GF20 grade,PP flame retardent grade,HIPS resin.It’s recommeded to Compound with matrix before processing (injection, extrusion, blowing),so the materials can maintain initial mechanical properties of the polymer even if the dosage is up to 25%.
PP 20AN is suitable for BOPP film application in electronic packaging industry,Surface resistivity < 10^9;Heat seal strength maintain at 130C, 0.5s,

What are advantages of INCHR@permanent anti static additives for polypropylene ?
INCHR@antistatic additives present an excellent antistatic property and high heat resistance under the regular dosage between 8 and 20 wt %.
These products are added to achieve resistivity value 10^8-10^11 Ohms/sq .Good mould release and denesting properties for injection parts;films and sheets as well;low impact on matrix properties,hardly adverse effects on mechanical and barrier properties,
Permanent and immediate antistatic properties,exhibits a long-lasting antistatic property immediately after processing(injection, extrusion, blowing). In addition,INCHR@ antistatic additives have very low influence of relative humidity on antistatic properties.
INCHR@ antistatic additives are in pale yellow or semitransparent,so they are suitable for any colour formulation, including clear and translucent formulations.
